What to expect

The Group Coaching Sessions include workshops, cooking classes and online resources to help you plan your meals better.

Workshops will be followed by Next Week's Meal Planning session based on the topics learnt from the workshop.
Meal Planning sessions would include portion sizes that help you meet your own nutrient requirements for each meal timing.
During cooking classes, you will be provided with recipes based on the topics that you learnt during the month.
